TAYLOR SKAUFEL (S - STANFORD)
Taylor Skaufel had a big game this past weekend as Stanford upset Oregon St during the opening weekend of college football for 2008. As Oregon St attempted to tie the game with just seconds remaining, Skaufel hit Oregon St wide receiver Darrell Catchings just before he reached the end zone. Skaufel's effort forced a fumble that went through the end zone for a touchback, effectively winning the game for the Cardinal.
